Mike Hadsell was named president and chief executive officer of Toppan Photomasks and appointed to the company's board of directors in December 2013.

Previously, Mike served as the Chief Operating Officer of Toppan Photomasks where he was directly responsible for overseeing the company's global manufacturing and sales organizations. Prior to this, Mike was executive vice president with responsibility for all of Toppan Photomasks' sales efforts around the world.

In his twenty-five years with the company, Mike has served in numerous sales and operations roles in the United States and Asia Pacific. Mike maintained full business responsibility for the region in his role as vice president and managing director for Asia. Before that, he held operations and sales assignments in the Asia-Pacific region and the United States, where, among other accomplishments, he led the construction and start-up of the company's Singapore facility.

Prior to joining the photomask business, Mike served in various engineering, operations and management positions in the nylon intermediates chemical business at E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Company.

Mike holds a bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Wisconsin and a master's degree in business administration from St. Edward's University.
